VERINT Engages in Global Customer Conference

Verint Systems Inc., a New York-based analytics company, announced on Tuesday, November 17, the expansion of its Engage™ Global Customer Conference to feature dedicated tracks on technology innovation, trends and best practices for security, video and situation intelligence, fraud, risk and compliance.

The 2016 conference will take place June 27-30 in Chicago, Illinois and will focus on customer engagement optimization for customer service, customer experience and marketing professionals.

During the conference, participants will gain insights and engaging practices to help ensure they maximize their Verint technology investments.

Throughout the conference, keynote speakers, session leaders and panelists will explore a variety of security-related topics including:
