Nerds, a brand new Broadway play, will open on the 21st of April at the Longacre Theatre. Previews will begin prior to that on March 31. The play will center on the rivalry between tech titans, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, capturing their journeys from the floppy disc era to the modern day iPhone era.
Due to the nature of the play itself, the show will be high tech, featuring some of the most progressive technology ever seen in a Broadway play. Even more innovative would be the enhanced theatergoing experience, which allows audience members to choose the show’s ending. This is made possibly due to app integrations. More special features are to be announced.
