Instagram Now Supporting Multiple Accounts Per Users

One of the most requested features is finally being supported by Instagram. On Monday, it was announced that users will now get the chance to maintain multiple accounts for both iOS and Android. This long-requested feature has been tested since late last year, with Android users being the first to try it out back in November.

iPhone users started to see the feature last week, following the latest update offered by the app. Once the feature is live, it can be accessed from the account setting in one’s profile. After one or more extra accounts have been added, users can just switch between them by tapping on the username at the top of one’s profile. This latest feature is also aimed to prevent users from utilizing third-party clients to post and view feeds for separate accounts simultaneously.
