Anchor Land Spends P13.3 billion in High Growth Areas

Anchor Land Holdings Inc., a holding company of Anchor Group, is planning to spend P13.3 billion in developing residential and commercial projects to potential high growth areas in Manila, as the developer seeks to remain as one of the country’s fastest growing developer this year.

“Our projects are based on demand, whether it be for a residential or a commercial development. This year, we will continue to beef up untapped areas in Binondo, Roxas Blvd. and Bay City because these are where economic progress is headed. Where progress goes, so does demand,” Anchor Land chairman Stephen Lee said.

The company is currently working on Monarch Parksuites, with office building Anchor Land Corporate Center and East Ocean, a restaurant property to follow constructing soon. Other projects this 2016 also includes Admiral Grandsuites and Admiral Hotel in Roxas Blvd.
