Virtual reality fans have much to be excited about. The last major HMD to jump on the bandwagon, the Playstation VR, is finally set to enter the market. In an interview, Gamestop CEO Paul Raines has revealed that Gamestop will be launching the Sony product by fall.
The Playstation VR offers a one of a kind approach to VR gaming, seeing as it runs on the current generation console, PS4. The device also utilizes other existing hardware solutions, which includes the Playstation Move controllers. This makes it a major threat within the VR space because of the healthy ecosystem that already surrounds the device. The product was formerly known as Project Morpheus in earlier stages of its development.
