Suntrust Properties, a subsidiary of Megaworld Corp., plans on focusing on both the Visayas and Mindanao region this year with various projects lined up for construction. In addition, negotiations regarding other potential ventures are ongoing. The direction of the company is to go regional, specifically in areas beyond Metro Manila.
The vision of the company for the next five years is to “sail and venture into new territories,” as proclaimed by Suntrust COO Deanna Jean A. Claveria. In Visayas, they introduced the Fountain Grove condominium project in Bacolod City. As for the Mindanao Expansion, Ms. Claveria states that negotiations for a 50-hectare project is ongoing.
