Concepcion Industrial Corp., otherwise known as CIC, has partnered with Ionics, Inc. to create “next-generation” products. These products range from washing machines to air conditioners; the appliances will use the internet to offer solutions to both commercial and residential users.
CIC’s CEO Raul Joseph A. Conception revealed that they chose Ionics as a strategic partner due to the shared vision between the two companies to make others’ lives better. However, the amount of investments needed for the venture has yet to be quantifiable, although the returns may come in the form of customer patronage.
