Property developers are preparing for the launch of more real estate projects in 2016 after a contraction witnessed in 2015. The Metro Manila market is expected to stabilize after a “correction period,” according to real estate advisory firm Colliers Philippines in a briefing this past Wednesday.
Metro Manila’s condominium market exhibits continued growth. Low-cost condos are surging 181% whilst both mid and high-end condos are rising by 18%. Commercial condominiums are also inching up by 2% after a two-fold surge in the previous year. Real estate firms are expected to sell 30,000 units in Metro Manila this year.
