Alveo Unveils ‘The Gentry’ project in Makati CBD

A mixed use, multi-tower project called The Gentry is set to be constructed in the Makati Central Business District (CBD) by the Alveo Land Corp., a property unit of Ayala Land Inc. Jennylle Tupaz, Alveo chief operating officer, said that the 42-storey project will be a mix-used development and will  have a residential, office and retail component. “Having all these three components allows us to take advantage of the centrality of the location,” Tupaz said, claiming that the project’s strategic location will allow different types of lifestyle to converge.

The residential component will occupy 35,639 sqms, 30,304 sqms will be allocated for office use, and 6,876 for retail use. Starting price is at P175,000 per sqm which means that prices of units will vary from 5 million to 25 million, depending on the size and type. The residential part of the development will include a lobby, a 20-meter lap pool, a kiddies pool and play area, function rooms, and a parking area for residents at the podium level.

The P3 billion project will be Alveo’s 10th and may be the last for the meantime as the company is still looking for land to acquire, says Tupaz.
