SBS Philippine Corp. is looking to sell another prime property that’s located in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. SBS’s board of directors approved the sale of its 1,083-square meter property for P410,000 per sq.m. This was revealed during a disclosure to the stock exchange this past Monday.
Last week, a 3.4-hectare property was sold by SBS in Las Piñas City for P858.97 million. SBS felt a strong demand last July when it held its initial public offering. Investors bet on a real estate play, since listing price didn’t factor in the properties along Ayala Avenue in Makati, Las Piñas City, Fort Bonifacio, and on EDSA.
