On February 17, 2016, a Customer Management Seminar will be held at AIM Conference Center, Makati City, Philippines. The seminar will provide insights on learning and understanding the customer journey, including tips and techniques on customer acquisition and retention; handling customer objections and complaints; and nurturing customer engagement and relationships. This learning event will present successful case studies that worked in managing and delighting customers such as loyalty and rewards program which can be applied for businesses.
Ricardo De Vera, a Certified International Trainer on salesmanship, leadership and business development, and author of “Business Psychology in Work Organizations”, will roll out the program. The seminar is a sequel to the successful Salesmanhip Training Program last year.
