Property Giant Ayala Land, Inc. is set to launch a new middle-range project in Quezon City. Avida Land Corp. Manager Caren Rose Rosales stated that P2 billion is being developed for the first of two Avida Towers Sola that will bring P3.8 billion worth of inventory to the market. According to Ms. Rosales, “Quezon City remains a strong market for residential.”
Since launching its first tower in New Manila in 2004, Avida Land has poured in P8 billion for the development of 10 towers across four projects within Quezon City. The new Vertis North project brings the total investment to P10 billion. Construction is currently proceeding as planned in the property.
