Homegrown property developer Damosa Land, Inc. intends to start its newest mixed-use project by June. The project will be developed on an 88-hectare area in Panabo City, beside its sister firm’s Anflo Industrial Estate. According to DLI VP Ricardo F. Lagdameo, they are look at a P1-billion budget for the first phase of the project.

The remaining area will contain commercial buildings and offices, as well as a satellite campus of the University of the Philippines-Los Baños. The UPLB’s complex, which offers mostly agriculture-related courses, is to have an agri-based design. Mr. Lagdameo intends for the agri-theme to highlight the success of Anflo Management and Investment Corp., DLI’s holding company.
