JetBlue is providing far more connectivity to its passengers for its Airbus A320 aircraft. USB ports and power outlets will be made available for all seats, bringing an end to the practice of powering down whilst onboard to save battery. In addition to this, complimentary Wi-Fi, called Fly-Fi, will also be featured.
The carrier is set to begin transforming its cabins by early 2017, although the ultimate goal is the revamping of the entire fleet by the year 2019. Seatback screens are also set to double in size to ten inches. The entertainment system, which runs on Google Android platform, is set to feature custom apps, audio and video on demand, live streaming, and so much more.
