Accenture opened its third delivery center in Ilocos Norte as part of its continued expansion. This new center adds to the existing ones located in Cebu and Metro Manila. With this venture, the company’s leadership position in the BPO industry is further strengthened.
Accenture Operations run infrastructure services and business processes for its global clients. Those at the Ilocos center provide Finance and Accounting BPO services for North American and European clients. Another service that may be provided would be Health Administration BPO. Based on the 2014 financial statements, the company maintained its place as the top-grossing BPO firm, grossing Php 33.09 billion.
