- A unique kind of tech festival is brewing up in Berlin. Tech Open Air, which aims to bridge the fields of technology, music, art, and science, will be holding its fourth annual festival on July 15-16 at Alte Teppichfabrik, Berlin. More than 4,000 open source developers, hackers, experts, vendors, and users will grace the event. It will feature sessions, tutorials, presentations, an Expo Hall, award ceremonies and parties. The conference will cover everything about open source from languages, communities, products and services, techniques, and innovations.
