Jelly, a Q&A based social network, is making its return after a disastrous run back in 2014. The app, created by Twitter co-founder Biz Stone, initially debuted to considerable hype only to fizzle quickly with its users. Stone plans to revisit his idea of what made the app compelling in the first place by trying again with the app Super.
One problem indicated by Stone with the app’s first run was that more people were willing to answer questions than ask questions. Another issue might have been the fact that people needed to make an account to use the app, which many consider to be a huge burden. The new version of Jelly promises to be open to anyone and will also work on the web or in an app.
