Scoutible Claims its Video Games Can Help Users Find Work

Scoutible thinks its smartphone games have what it takes to assess traits and aptitudes needed for various professions. The company recently launched at the TechCrunch Disrupt in New York last Monday. CEO Angela Antony aims to change the way businesses go about the hiring process.

With $1.5 million in seed funding from Mark Cuban, the startup is creating “science-based mobile games” that can help identify talent and match certain candidates to jobs. Antony started the company due to her opinion that many companies have trouble searching for the right skills and talents when looking for new hires. The company works with psychologists to develop algorithms that can help identify strengths.
