Amazon’s feature for extra content, X-Ray for Movies and TV Shows, is finally available on Amazon Video and Prime Video. The support is available for Android and iOS, among other platforms. Despite being a major platform, HTML5 was previously unaddressed by this version of X-Ray.
With X-Ray now added, those who watch shows online now has an arsenal of information at their fingertips. This information allows you to search other shows and films that the actors have been in, read more regarding the show and its characters, or even gain bits of trivia. Although it is considered a minor addition, Amazon’s X-Ray certainly helps in offering a competitive advantage within the streaming video market.
