A brand new app has just been launched that will make customer service interactions with businesses much quicker and less of a hassle. The app, known as Service, is a direct answer to those customer service interactions that can drag out for days on social media sites such as Twitter.
The startup is meant to act as the mediator between potentially disgruntled customers and businesses that are conscious of their images. Filing complaints with Service can take less than a minute. Once the app has been provided with all the necessary information regarding a certain case, the customer can just wait for the appropriate solution.
