HondaJet Set to Receive FAA Certification

Thirty years after its development and after more than a dozen years of tests, Honda is about to begin delivering their very first aircraft. The company is expected to receive FAA certification of its first ever HondaJet, which is the last step before its full production will be launched.

The business jet is capable of seating up to seven and lists at around $4.5 million. The product will finally be reaching customers after being at least five years behind schedule. Honda has revealed that more than a hundred orders have been received, mostly from Europe and North America. It has been described by some as a “flying piece of art” and it is quite easy to see why.
