ServiceSource International is expecting its business to grow strongly within the Philippines. A newcomer in the local knowledge process outsourcing industry, it forecasts more companies around the globe to shift towards subscription and cloud-based solutions. The company is already describing itself as a global leader in customer and revenue lifecycle solutions.
Since last december, the company has been hiring employees with experience in dealing with European and North American customers. It is presently staffed with a hundred employees, and the average age being 30. By the end of 2016, the target local headcount is to exceed Singapore’s 200 and Yokohama’s 100.
