European vacation rental search engines are gaining popularity and raising funding. The latest to secure financing after Holidu and HomeToGo is Hundredrooms. The Spanish vacation rental search engine has manage to close a Series A funding worth €4.1 million.
Leading the round was Spanish VC Seaya Ventures with existing backers Inveready, Bankinter, and Media Digital Ventures participating. This brings the overall funding for the startup to a little over €5 million.
Claiming to be the leading vacation rental search engine in Spain, Hundredrooms allows you to search for and compare prices for vacation rentals listed on different sites such as Airbnb, and Booking.com to name a few. It currently has 5 million properties indexed and is expected to reach 6 million at the end of the year.
Users can narrow down choices by filtering location and varied property features. The Hundredrooms app will allow them to receive recommendations and alerts.
