An aggressive expansion for its commercial portfolio is in the works for Vista Land & Landscapes this year. In a briefing, Vista Land President Manuel Paolo stated that the developer will increase the gross floor area of Starmalls to 860,000 square meters by the end of the year.
By the next year, the plan is for the gross floor area to go beyond a million. This will be accomplished through the opening of various new office buildings and malls. The existing buildings will also be expanded. This expansion binge will allow Starmalls to account for at least 25% of net income within the next two years.
