Everything Android at Droidcon NYC
The world’s biggest Android convention, the Droidcon Conference will be held in New York City on August 27 to 28 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. After traveling to several countries across the globe, Droidcon came to America for the first time last year. The event is a global gathering of developers and companies dedicated to bringing out the best in the Android platform. Speakers will discuss on core development, business solutions, games, and everything under the Android ecosystem. Game developers level up at GDC
Game developers for computer, console, mobile, and online games will gather in one of the largest events of the industry, the Game Developers Conference (GDC) Europe. The event will be held at Congress-Centrum Ost Koelnmesse, Cologne, Germany on August 3 to 4 with various activities where participants can learn, inspire, and network with peers and experts of the field. Leading industry professionals will take up the concern of developing the community during the conference. This will be hosted by UBM Tech Game Network, which provides market-defining content with its world-class line of products and services in online, print, and event media.
Sweden welcomes innovators at The Conference 2015
The Conference 2015 will be held this coming August 18 to 19 at the innovation center of Sweden in Malmo. There will be 50 speakers and a thousand participants from different disciplines in attendance. Creators, communicators, and innovators are invited to join the event, which will explore human behavior, new technologies, and the ways and means to make them possible. The discussions will focus on the complexities of the digital world, how to view them from different aspects and make the most from the opportunities they bring. There will also be side events that include workshops, classes, and festivities that will run from August 17 to 21. Media Evolution, which consists of 400 companies, will be organizing this non-profit event.
Hang out with fellow techies at the Alley Boost Mixer
A time to mingle and network with peers from the startup technologies awaits participants in the Alley Boost Mixer this coming July 21, 6:00 p.m., at the Hudson Terrace in New York City. This will be an opportunity to meet tech experts and enthusiasts and learn from their stories and ideas. Alley Boost consists of 15,000 members from Silicon Alley who come together for presentations, workshops, and investor nights. They also have a network that helps in finding solutions for web and mobile development, real estate, design, and legal concerns of entrepreneurs and startup companies. The Alley Boost Mixer will be a casual night to enjoy the great company of fellow techies and at the same time boost your own network.
Tech Breakfast hosts monthly show-and-tell
Tech Breakfast, the monthly breakfast meetup of techies, developers, businessmen, and designers will be held this July 21 from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. It will take place at AOL Huffington Post, New York and will feature presentations from tech companies Gov-Savings.com, SeeFuture, Peatix, and ShareRight. This event is a show-and-tell for participants to share and interact with their peers whether from startups, established companies, universities or the government sector. The industries covered range from IT, biotech, aerospace, robotics, among others. Participants and presenters from any region are welcome to join the event for free.
