After  two years of completion of its Series B venture round, StellaService has announced the completion of its Series C amounting to $15M. StellaService is an information and measurement company used by e – commerce and retailers. It provides customer service analytics dashboard that provides rating on the customer service performance of online retailers. With the completion of Series C, the company has raised $37M in funding, which will be used for expansion and improving the company’s service to meet the market’s demand.

Main Street Hub

Main Street hub has closed a $25M Series C equity fund. The company serves as a marketing platform for small businesses that helps pop and mom store maximize the power of the internet. Booktrack

A startup that creates soundtracks for e – books has gained additional Series B round of $5 million from the COENT Venture Partners and Sparkbox Ventures. Booktrack offers soundtracks to readers to make reading deep and alive in the modern times. Book publishers like Harper Collins and Random House use the software in order to bring out their books effectively in the market. Publishers can either make their own soundtrack or $1000 per novel if they would allow Booktrack to create the track for them. The funding will be used for the expansion of its library of titles and production of new features for the personalization of soundtrack.

Medallia

Sequoia Capital added a $150 million new funding to Medallia that brings its total raised to $255 million. Medallia makes SaaS customer management software that helps companies in delivering better services by analyzing data. It immediately receives feedbacks from sources such as social media and online review that allows the employees to respond quickly to the market. It offers options that suits the type of business that you are engaged to such as hospitality, financial services and telecommunications. The new funding will be allocated for the development of its new features and expansion in the market
