Startups dont equate to success all the time. But it doesn’t mean it’s the end of everything. ClassOwl’s chips were down and there was nothing left to do to salvage but sell the company due to financial problems.

As a tough decision to make for entrepreneur Sam Purtill, he did the last best option for the team and for the company itself. Such that he accepted the offer for acquisition by Branch Metrics (located in Silicon Valley). It’s what they refer to as “acquihire” or talent acquisition.
