Last September 17, 2020, Facebook officially launched a new app called the “Facebook Business Suite.” It was built and designed for businesses to manage their accounts in a single place across Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.
Using the app, businesses can access important updates and priorities on their Facebook and Instagram accounts. It also allows businesses to create and schedule posts for both Facebook and Instagram, all while also being able to view insights and create ads.
To activate and use the app, businesses must link their Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
The Business Suite app can be accessed on the desktop at business.facebook.com. For mobile users, they will need to check the existing Pages Manager App to join Business Suite instead. The app is available to both iOs and android.
