Android phones can now notify its users of the different sounds around them through Google’s new feature called “Sound Notifications”.
Sounds Feature will notify its users of sounds using a push notification, a flash from camera light, or by phone vibration.
The Sound Notifications can check ten different noises including sirens, baby sounds, smoke and fire alarms, doorbell ringing, and dog barking.
This new feature is already available on Pixel phones and other Android phones.
It can be activated on the access menu within the settings. It can also be accessed through Google’s Live Transcribe app, which transcribes audio it “hears” in real-time.
