Prezi to Target Business with New Productivity Tools

Now boasting of 75 million users worldwide, Prezi is looking to focus more on businesses by offering them new collaboration and analytic tools for their operations through Prezi Business. Prezi is known for its dynamic and interactive presentation platform which uses a “zoomable” canvas that is highly visual. The presentation offers a unique experience to both presenter and audience who are used to traditional presentation softwares such as PowerPoint. The new tools are designed to help different business areas and cover collaboration, engagement analytics, leaderboards, and remote presenting among many others.

Aside from the increased focused on businesses, the company is also banking on its previous users to utilize Prezi Business. Peter Arvai, CEO and cofounder of Prezi, said that a huge chunk of their user base are millennials who started using their platform while they were students. They are counting on the said demographic to bring Prezi with them as they enter the professional world. “We designed Prezi Business for users like them; for those that want a more visual, collaborative, data-driven and — most importantly — conversational way to present,” Arvai said.
