Walmart Testing 2-Day Shipping Service

A notable change is being made by Walmart to ShippingPass. The company will move the three-day delivery service to a two-day delivery, in order to compete with Amazon’s own shipping program. The original intent of the three-day service was to compete with Amazon anyway, but to make up for their competitor’s price with the one-day delay.

The company’s shipping service offers subscribers with access to more than a million items. The website offers a greater selection of seven million items, which suggests ShippingPass may be expanded for customers at a later date. Walmart has yet to disclose any details about ShippingPass nor is it broadly available at this time.
